Well, the last month has been a whirlwind! We found out we are expecting a son, Caleb William, due sometime around April 6th. We finished packing and have moved into our new home during Thanksgiving break and also made a trip home to see Joshua's family. We also got to meet our sweet niece, Sadie, who is precious!
We are so grateful for many answered prayers and how the Lord has provided helpers for us along the way with Karis and moving all our stuff. We couldn't have done it without them! We have also been overwhelmed with the fact that we have been given or inherited almost every piece of furniture and have not needed to buy anything, what a blessing!
Joshua found out this week that he passed his Professional Engineering Exam which is a huge praise. I'm so proud of all his hard work and thankful for how the Lord is growing him at SEL. Its encouraging to see him having more opportunity to supervise others and learning to be a leader at work. We are thankful that many of his coworkers are also friends, many of whom live in our neighborhood.
There is still much unknown for us as we make this transition to our new neighborhood but we are at peace and trust the Lord has led us here. Looking forward to seeing how He will continue to lead us, day by day, as we seek to be a blessing to our new community.
Karis is so excited about Christmas. She talks about it all day, "Christmas Tree!" "Ornaments!" "It's CHRISTMAS!" Its been a fun time to move and has been fun to have space for a bigger tree (Thanks Mom and Dad!). Hard to believe she is almost 2!
And now for some Christmas pics :)
