a new season

Today was my first day of work at Dallas Family Medicine! I am overwhelmed right now by God's faithfulness to provide me with a job and for many answered prayers concerning the type of work I will be doing. I mostly worked on administrative stuff with the office manager, Judi, and my boss/supervisor, Michael. They are both wonderful. They were so helpful and they are eager to train me which I am so thankful for (definitely helps to relieve some nervous energy!). It was fun to meet all my new coworkers and I am eager to grow in friendships with many of them. I'll be seeing my first patients this Wednesday, I can hardly wait :) I'm sure there will be many more stories to come!

The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers. Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in EVERYTHING God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. 1 Peter 4:7-11
