House Reflections: Ministry Home

Its so awesome to see the Lord answer our prayers that He would use this house for His glory. We are excited that its no longer a house, but a home to 4 interns from Crosspoint Church who are serving the Lord after their graduations.


I came across these pictures for when Joshua lived in the house and it brought me joy to think of how the house had been used previously, and even before Joshua as brothers in Christ lived together in community.

Our prayer is that this home would be a place where the Lord's Spirit dwells in a unique way, that He would be worshiped and praised in these rooms, that His creation would be enjoyed on the porch, that fellowship and ministry would flourish as His people gather together around His Word. We pray that many would come to faith because of the Gospel they have seen lived out and shared in this home. May it be a home where people from different languages and peoples gather together to praise the One True God!

This is our prayer for our sisters this year:

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
